1. About Us

Goose Cards is a UK-based online retailer of TCG products. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Goose Cards. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Orders & Contract

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• We make every effort to ensure product listings are accurate. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before dispatch.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through SumUp. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Delivery is via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom only.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

5. Product Condition & Descriptions

• Individual cards are graded by us using standard TCG condition descriptors: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), and Heavily Played (HP). Our grading is subjective and provided in good faith.
• Sealed products are stored in climate-controlled conditions and sold as new unless otherwise stated.
• Graded cards are sold as received from the grading company.
• Product images are representative. Actual items may differ slightly in appearance, particularly for individual cards.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (cooling-off period).
• To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before returning the item.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a change-of-mind return unless they are faulty.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], including photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution at no additional cost to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Goose Collectibles. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission. Pokémon and related names are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. Goose Cards is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goose Cards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase from us.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
