Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending it back
Delivery
We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Individual cards are sent in toploaders via PWE or bubble mailer. Sealed products and graded cards are dispatched in padded packaging with tracking.
Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days for tracked services and 2–5 business days for standard untracked mail, though Royal Mail does not guarantee these timescales. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within the 14-day cooling-off period by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
We will issue a full refund, including the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is significantly not as described, or you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases we will cover the cost of return postage and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is returned and inspected.
As all condition grades are listed transparently at the point of sale, we ask that you read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you are ever unsure about a listing, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
How to Return an Item
Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Do not return items without contacting us first. We will respond within 2 business days and, if the return is approved, provide a return address and any relevant instructions.
Please return items in their original condition and packaging using a tracked service where possible. We cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
